Description

I found out Monday that i inherited a 70 acre farm with TWO vacant houses just 40 miles from my current house. The red is the property lines, the yellow pin is the houses, and the blue X s a two acre lake stocked with fish...Do I hear smokeout?

I think I'll become one of the Swamp People. Wear a bandanafor a hat, wear Liberty Overalls, get me a gun and a "Gator" dog (although we don't have any gators), just snapping turtles..

That's already taken care of. Taxes there are $400.00 a year CHEAPER than what i am paying now.
